I ate at a nice restaurant which is a buffet. The location was unbeatable and good for exploring Chichen Itza. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a fairly nice area.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem. The beautiful grounds and well-kept rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the nearby Chichen Itza ruins before the crowds arrived. The pool was a refreshing oasis, and the delicious breakfast gave us the energy we needed for the day. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay. it was a fantastic experience.

The location of Hotel Puerta Chichen is perfect, just a short car ride away from Chichen Itza. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is very nice. The restaurant next door offers excellent food at an affordable price. The rooms are clean, functional, and reasonably modern. The staff is helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

The hotel I stayed at for Thanksgiving had a great pool all to myself, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The staff helped us with a guide in our native language and gave great breakfast recommendations.

the noise from the street and the reception area kept me up all night, I wouldn't recommend staying in any of those rooms.
